About these terms
These terms apply when you browse this website, contact the studio, or purchase a piece from Kimberley Deane. By placing an order, you agree to the terms shown here and to any product-specific information displayed at checkout.
Handmade and one of a kind
Pieces are handmade, often one of a kind, and may include natural, found, vintage, or individually worked materials. Small variations in colour, texture, scale, finish, and placement are part of the character of handmade work and are not faults. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable, contains an obvious pricing error, or cannot be fulfilled, the order may be cancelled and any payment for that item refunded. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, charges, and any estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that apply in their location.
Returns
All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Please review product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and care information carefully before placing an order.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please use the contact form promptly and include your order details and clear photographs. This no-returns policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Repairs
Handmade pieces should be treated with care. If a piece needs attention, use the contact form before shipping it and include clear photographs, a description of the issue, and any available order information.
Repairs requested within 90 days of delivery are provided free of charge. After 90 days, each repair is assessed individually and any charge will be explained and agreed before work begins. Whether a repair is possible depends on the piece, its condition, and the availability of original or suitable replacement materials.
Alterations or repairs performed by someone else, accidental damage, improper care, and ordinary wear may limit what can be restored. Because many pieces are one of a kind, an exact match cannot always be guaranteed.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, keep the item and packaging and contact the studio promptly with photographs and your order details. We will review the issue and explain the available replacement, repair, or refund options.
Care and safety
Follow any care information provided with your piece. Jewelry and small decorative objects may contain small parts and are not toys. Customers are responsible for using and storing products appropriately.
Website content
Website text, photographs, artwork, product designs, and branding belong to Kimberley Deane or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kimberley Deane is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
